Crown Diamond Agency: First CDA Monthly Meeting

Assalamualaikum...

On 23rd September 2018, CDA has organized a monthly meeting in Public Mutual office. It was our very first agency meeting as an established agency since CDA has launched last month. It was majorly participated by CDA Unit Trust Consultants (UTC) who were basically full time UTCs. And as for myself, it such an honour to conduct the meeting since it was my first time conducting as a Group Agency Manager (GAM). To be honest, I was quite nervous with this meeting eventhough I've been conducting many classes and meetings before. The feeling and responsibility that you carry as a Top Level in your agency would be different.

However, Alhamdulillah the meeting was went quite well with the helps of my two PAs, Niah and Anis. Of course there's nothing perfect in the world. So does the first CDA meeting. There must be something went wrong here and there. And that makes me a bit uncomfortable with the situation. But I still grateful that I've been surrounded by a group of supportive people as well as my downlines. They were very understanding and helped me a lot. I'm looking forward for more meetings like this and In Shaa Allah, I will improve every single aspect from the previous meeting to a better agency meeting or events.

Basically, the meeting was held to give some recognition and appreciation for those UTCs who were working hard in Unit Trust industry as well as achieved their target in Sales. Moreover, it is coincidentally a huge remark for CDA for having those awesome yet great members in our agency. And I'm thankful for that. Yes, CDA is going to be a great agency in the future.
